It has to be one of my favorite restaurants. I know it's a cliche living in Utah and loving Cafe Rio, but it's one I am happy to be proud of. Why Cafe Rio today? Cause ya know I don't normally eat out, especially not for lunch. At my school, when one works at registration, one gets free lunch. And today was registration. A day I spent saying, "You are in my class again? All right! Are you sure you can handle me for another year?" So far I have only gotten yeses, some more excited than others. It makes me more excited for a new year. But only a little.
