Our Valentine's Day

Yes, Mike loved his card book.  Thankfully, he had a good reaction.  Let's face it, I was afraid I would like it more than he would.  He was also excited for his creme brulee torch and ramekin set.  I didn't make any for today because I most definitely wanted a dessert crepe at The Roll Up, where we decided to eat our dinner.  So that yumminess will come later.  I was super excited for a gift card for a massage!  The flowers were pretty, too.  LOL

I thought a crepe's restaurant would be a fun place to try out.  What a great idea for a restaurant!  However, mike was not impressed.  Especially with our Justin Bieber server.  Seriously, he was like 14.  My pulled pork with pineapple crepe was pretty decent, but Mike's turkey, bacon avocado crepe left much to be desired.  The avocado was on the side and the crepe was pretty dry.  But our berry cheesecake dessert crepe was delicious!  We shared, which wasn't such a good idea.  The table was large so the plate played musical chairs across the table.  We kept pulling it closer to our side of the table for a bite.   

After dinner we came home to watch a movie and drink sparkling apple cranberry cider.  I must say, it was a pretty nice Valentine's Day.
