Yesterday was the last day of the term. Can you believe we are one fourth of the way through the school year?!? I sure can't. After the last day of the term the students always have the day off. The teachers get to go to work or workshops (but with budget cuts we have gotten some of these days off as vacation days). We spent today working on the writing portion of the common core. Again. For the fourth day. As in one day last March and two this July. This is what I got out of it:
haha just kidding. This guy was living on the desk I sat it. Honestly though, I really did get a couple of good ideas out of it.
