grabbed my phone, strapped on my Ipod**,

and waved to the construction workers as I headed on my way up the hill. Now for the photography part. I decided to try and notice the beauty around me and find things I could take pictures of. It was kind of hard work. And I was only using a cell phone camera. My run wasn't the most picturesque, but this shot turned out okay.

And this one I love.

So I headed home, waved once again to the construction workers, then drank copious amounts of water and took a picture of myself, tired, red faced and pleased with my 4.1 mile run.
I set some goals for myself and ran more than previously!*Like this sexy shot? haha My earbuds died and I had to send them back to Skull Candy for a new set so I am stuck with these old school ones. I know, I look like a geek with thee earpieces and giant sunglasses.
**Why do I have both a phone and Ipod? Four reasons: Mike was working and I wanted to feel safe/. It has my running app on it. I needed a camera. Oh, and I wanted a larger variety of music.

If you are already running 4 miles then you can run a 5K. I wear big old headphones, yes they look geeky old school, but ear buds give me a headache and always fall out. I think my ears are too small or something! Great photo skills.
Well, I run/walk 4 miles. My goal is to run the entire thing without stopping!
I know you can do it - It "runs" in the family. We may not be the fastest on the planet but we are good endurance runners. Nice pic of the sunflower. Your grand father used to run for an hour with out stopping (that was is before he got sick with cancer). I was a cross country runner in high school.
I have been wanting to start running. I wake up just about every morning thinking I want to run...Hopefully I will get out there...I just always have something going on. I love the pictures!! I just bought a Cannon Rebel and I am really happy with it. Enjoy your new camera! Hopefully it will be there soon.
