What I Read

Spring Break is nearing its end. That is always a sad day. But I did get a lot of reading in! I enjoyed the beautiful weather by sitting on the front step, the dogs running around by me, reading. (Side note: Not all the books I will share next were read over this one week. But several were.)

Just as good as Fablehaven. Haven't read Fablehaven? Do it. Local author too!

The Newberry Medal winner. So good. So, so good.

I had to reread all four Books of Bayern when I discovered the fourth one had come out. (I was a little late on that one.) And another local author!

I know, werewolves and vampires are supposed to be "out." But this one was different! Well written too.

Cute, fun fluff. Some funny, some good, money saving tips as well.

Have YOU read any of these? Or have a suggestion of something I just need to read?

I haven't read any of those, I had no idea Brandon Mull had a new book out, I feel so behind! Fablehaven is one of my favs.
I really like the Sword of Truth series if you haven't read those. The first book is called Wizards First Rule. I know it sounds really nerdy but it's completely different from what I expected.

Haven't read any of those. Thanks for the suggestions. I finished Water for Elephants, and enjoyed it. Wondering how the movie is just PG-13 though. Also read Sue Graften U is for Undertow. Love her books.
