The Weekender

Highlights of the weekend include:
1. Shopping! I had some Nordstrom's bucks to spend, so my friend Janette and I headed to the mall for some retail therapy. It was a much needed shopping trip and I didn't even spend that much money!
2. I slept with the window open last night. With the wonderful weather we have been having this week it made for some gorgeous days spent outside.
3. Engagement pictures. On Friday and Sunday we spent some time taking Kiersten and David's engagement pictures. More on that one later.

And today is Valentine's Day! This is one of my favorite teacher holidays. Yes, the kids are a little over excited and over sugared, but love is in the air people. Mike and I will be having a nice steak dinner in our kitchen this evening. Yum! Hope you get a nice present from YOUR valentine.
