I was all excited to wake up this morning and get so much done! I had a sub and the day off, what could go wrong? Of course I didn't feel well when I woke up. I guess that I get to use a sick day and not a personal day after all. I pretty much lounged around and blogged all day. We had a work party in the afternoon, and luckily I was feeling better and well enough to go. We had a "happy hour" event, with lots of mixed drinks (virgin of course), karaoke, and Pictionary. The drinks were especially delicious, the pina colada was my fave, but we decided we needed to really be drunk to enjoy the games and karaoke. Holly, our secretary, didn't need to lose her inhibitions to sing her lungs out. Here is a video of her singing. She was pretty much the only person who would sing, and she kept trying to get us to join her. You probably need to know her to truly appreciate the video.
