Day 73: Friday, January 23 - Rain, Rain Go Away

I honestly love the rain if it means we aren't getting snow. However, when you have an appointment for a guy to come replace your windshield in an uncovered parking lot, you wish there was no rain! Thankfully, it stopped in the afternoon so I didn't have to go with the other plan. (That plan was to run it to my friend Leslie's garage on my lunch break. We are both glad we didn't have to do that.) The safety inspection went off without a hitch, and they didn't even comment on the nice, new windshield and how on the ball I am to get it taken care of so quickly. :-( I like a little recognition for my efforts.
