Fred hangs around Park View, popping up in unexpected places. I have to admit I squealed one day when he surprised me in the bathroom. I also found him lying on the sickbed - in the dark - while I was alone at the school on a Saturday. Louder squeal this time. Background done.
There is this BYU-Utah rivalry between the faculty members. Most of the teachers are BYU fans, but others don't hold that against them. Today is the BIG GAME. There were decorations, t-shirts, and the BYU fight song sung over the intercom after the pledge of allegiance. It is the second pledge to a select few.
As you can see, Fred was all decked out for the occasion. The kids loved it! Someone even tried to turn him into a Ute! As if that can change his spirit. Let's see if BYU can pull it off today. Go Cougs!
