Goodbye gorgeous house in the mountains! Since it snowed the evening before, we had a more eventful drive. The windshield washer fluid was frozen, so until the defroster thawed it out, we had to pull over occasionally and pour the fluid straight onto the windshield. Thankfully they worded once we hit Vail. In the end it only took us about a half hour longer than the drive there. An early arrival meant time to rest and relax. And me to go to the gym. And Mike to go to work. Then catch up on some much needed sleep.
