I broke down and bought a gym membership this weekend. I feel like my workouts aren't doing justice and I wanted something to supplement my workouts. I ran longer, harder and faster today than I ever have. Now that was a workout!
There is something off about the TV's on the machines. You pretty much can only hear the music but none of the words. This causes the TV to become a device to look at, much like a mobile overhanging a baby's crib. And reading? Good luck. I couldn't even open my book, especially since I am at the beginning and all the pages are on one side of the book. There is nothing there to hold it open! I guess this is where a Kindle would come in handy. Maybe for Christmas?
