Happy birthday Mom and Kendall! They are lucky enough to share a birthday. Hope it's a good one! Kiersten and I made Mom a camera purse and I am really excited to hear her reaction as well as Kendall's reaction to her turquoise puffy vest with the fur hood.
I spent the afternoon at Hobby Lobby. I could spend forever in that store! I went for the intense purpose of finding Thanksgiving decorations. I did find some cute things, which I will share with you tomorrow, but I got distracted. In the Christmas aisle. I know, I know. I just complained earlier this week about passing over the entire Thanksgiving holiday in lieu of Christmas and here I am buying stuff for my tree.
I have wanted to buy all new Christmas decorations, but I have so many handmade items that match my colors of blue and light purple that I just can't justify the expense. So after finding some cute new things today I am even more excited about the things I already have. I am also going to re-purpose some other items and do some DIY projects. (But if I could justify it, I found the absolute greatest tree ornaments in black, silver, and deep purple. It sounds kind of morbid and Halloween-ish, but they were so absolutely gorgeous and classy and still just so Christmasy.)
