Shopping day!!! Laura said what she really wanted to do was go shopping while she was here. Who can say no to that?!? We started the day with a trip to Tai Pan, the home decorating store specializing in seasonal decorations. I got the cutest Halloween tree to add to my growing Halloween collection. I just couldn't wrap my brain around all the Christmas decorations. I truly wanted to buy something, but nothing happened. I still want to enjoy Halloween.
We then visited Mike's uncle and aunt at their new insurance office in Salt Lake. Can I say gorgeous? They remodeled it in exactly the fashion I would do with my house. If I had all the money I could imagine of course. Mike then headed to work to greet the governor and Laura and I rounded out the evening with a trip to Laura Ashley Furniture and IKEA. Shopped til we dropped we did.
