Today was Western Day. It is red ribbon week, so it's all about staying away from drugs, and the best part is that we get to dress up each day. I didn't quite make the connection to Western Day and drugs. It was something like we-stern against drugs. I don't know. It should have been put a lasso around drugs or something. Anywho, it was a great excuse to wear jeans! That made it awesome. We did a little cowboy word wall where we lassoed our words and rounded it out with a giant "ye-haw!" while throwing our hats in the air. Okay, so they threw their hats in the air. I just took a picture of it.
