Yesterday after the carnival I got a chance to be all domestic. I canned! Our friends Leslie and James have peach and pear trees and I really wanted some. When they were talking about canning I jumped on the chance to participate, with the option of getting some bottles of peaches out of the deal of course. The peaches were absolutely gorgeous! They were so big and perfectly round. Just beautiful.
And we really did have a blast doing it. There is something about being with friends, laughing and talking but accomplishing something at the same time that is so rewarding. Look at our gorgeous jars! I feel so wifely. haha
