To Steam or Not to Steam?

Meet my new favorite cooking "gadget."These bags are awesome! During dinner I was using the stove to make pork chops with creamy apple cranberry sauce and the oven to make roasted red potatoes. I wanted to make asparagus to go with it, and by using this technique I had perfectly steamed asparagus in 2 minutes! Regular steaming and roasting takes much longer than that. These bags are definitely going to be taking up permanent residence in my foil/saran wrap/crock pot liners/ziplock bag drawer.
