Day 267: Tuesday, August 4

A few weeks ago it was time to print my 12x12 digital scrapbook pages. I found this website where they print them for less than $1 per page. By comparison, Costco was the next cheapest at $3 per page. I put in the order for the loose, single sided pages and waited for about two weeks in anticipation of viewing them and putting them into my scrapbook. When they arrived they were double sided. I hadn't uploaded the jpegs in any order because they were being printed single sided anyway. So now I had Christmas of 2005 on one side and a page from 2007 on the other. I couldn't put them in chronological order even if I wanted to. I emailed them to let them know about the mishap, and got a reply of "I will see what I can do." Nothing else for over a week. One day I opened the front door the new prints were, sitting under the doormat. I opened it up and there they were, in all their single sided glory. I now have double sets, so I will be sending some out to other's of you who are in them. You might have to put something on the other side so as to hide my zoo trip or something like that. Unfortunately, I wasn't fully impressed by the quality. Even after the correction, I am still going to find someone else.

I'm glad they sent you new prints! How strange that they were double-sided! I'm sorry the quality wasn't great, either. It is SO hard to find someone good to print scrapbook pages, isn't it? It gets so dang expensive and really fast.

You all ready for school? I can't believe it's almost that time again.
