We desperately need the bond and leeway to pass so we can build new schools in the future. Unfortunately, they were required to put some information on the ballot that will affect the results. The ballot says that taxes will be raised by $300 per year, when in fact they won't change at all. Anyway, not to get into boring details, the results at the end of the day were too close to call. If there was a 200 vote difference, they could call it in favor of the district. Now, we have to wait until all the mail in ballots are counted to call it.
