Day 61: Sunday, January 11 - Boring Day #3

Yup, that means a boring weekend! We spent a nice relaxing weekend doing not a whole lot of anything. Today was spent reading and watching movies. We watched Star Wars Episode 5 and Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull. What a non-Indiana Jones movie! No wonder Sean Connery wouldn't come out of retirement to film it!




I also finished Jane Eyre's Daughter for those of you who were wondering about it. I greatly enjoyed it! The author did a great job making it similar to Jane Eyre, but using more modern-day language so it wasn't hard to read. I would recommend it to anyone. She also did a sequel to Pride and Prejudice I want to read called The Darcy's Give a Ball that I want to check out. In addition to that, I want her to publish her picture book version of Pride and Prejudice called Eligibility, Being an Account of the Romance Between Miss Elizabeth Mouse and Mr. Fitzwilliam Souris. I think it would be a great addition to my library at school!
