Day 42 - Tuesday, December 23 - 2 Days 'Til Christmas - Driving Takes a Lot Out of You

Considering we slept at home as much as possible during the family's visit, I made the trip back and forth from Grandma's house in Sandy twice today! We had to come home to close on our refinance and today was the only day we could do it. Kendall came with me so she could actually see the dogs while she was in town. (16 people and 2 pugs don't mix well at Grandma's house. They stayed home.) Poor Kendall didn't bring anything to entertain herself on the drive. The car ride itself is long enough without having to add a side trip to the bank into the mix. We also got stuck in rush hour traffic, so we amused ourselves by taking pictures. Really, I wanted Kendall to have some fun and not feel like my house was the most boring one on the planet! I took a picture of her...

and she took several of me.

I tried to pose as much as I could while driving a car. She also got me singing Mama Mia! That was the only other thing I had that she was remotely interested in.
