I started my Black Friday shopping a little early. Janette and I hit a sale at 11 pm Friday night. What a madhouse! Imagine early Black Friday morning shopping at Walmart, only erase almost all the men. Now picture these crazy women pushing and shoving - no, not for Furbies or Tickle Me Elmos - but for for undershirts! Yes, it was the Mod Bod sale. And yes, there was serious grabbing, pushing, shoving, and butting in line. "Throw me the heather gray one!" "I need that pink baby doll tee!" "Are there any thermals left?!" Oh, what women will do for 50-75% off their modest undershirts, with or without lace.
The very nice and oh so chatty woman in front of us took this cute picture. Our hot chocolate is in hand, ready to brave the chilly evening. And the best part of it all? I got to sleep in the next morning! There was more shopping to be done, but I didn't have to get up until 9 to do it. :-)
